The HP2C platform will support approximately 10 projects. About 9.5 mio. CHF and 1.2 mio. CHF are made available to projects at Swiss universities and EPF Lausanne, respectively. Resources in scientific computing (computational mathematics and computer science) from the core group at CSCS and USI will be dedicated to each project; these have to be requested during project preparation and included in the project budget. Finally, each subproject has to provide matching funds. These can be in-kind and must be at least equal in value as the requested support from HP2C.
